If your work is meaningfully not as described, inauthentic, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including getting your money back. In some instances, a partial refund, restoration, or exchange may be the best resolution. Mae’s Guarantee covers transactions up to €10,000. For transactions over this amount, our team is still here to support you in finding the best resolution.
General Refund PolicyRefund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 1 day of the ticket purchase date and no later than 1 day before the event.
Refund Cutoff: No refunds will be issued after that, except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event by the organizers.
Event Cancellation or ReschedulingFull Refund: If the event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders are eligible for a full refund. Alternatively, tickets may be valid for the rescheduled date (subject to availability).
Notice: Attendees will be notified via email of any event cancellations or significant changes as soon as possible.
Transferable Tickets: Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. To transfer tickets, please contact hello@mae.community at least 1 day before the event. No name changes will be accepted the same day of the event.
Service fees: Please note that service fees, processing fees, and any additional costs incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.
Third-Party Purchases: Refunds will only be processed for tickets purchased directly through [Your Company/Event Name]. If tickets were purchased through a third party or reseller, please refer to their refund policy.
